Landscapes Unlimited continues its growth as an international golf course builder with a variety of projects in several foreign markets. If you are a golf course construction professional with a proven track record of success in international assignments, we would like to speak with you. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with previous work experience in China, the Middle East, and Latin America that possess a strong knowledge of both business and cultural practices. Assignments will involve participation in the total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule; work may involve all (or single) phases of construction operations following established schedules, specifications, and procedures.

If you are an experienced golf course construction professional with international working experience, the following are positions for which we accept resumes on a continuous basis:

Project Superintendent

Oversees total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule; directs all construction operations following established schedules, specifications, and procedures; provides on-site management and representation for Landscapes Unlimited to ensure quality completion of project. Minimum six years golf course or construction experience in a Project Superintendent role, prefer two to three years’ experience in international assignments.

Irrigation Foreman

Performs a variety of hands-on manual labor tasks including staking/layout, controller programming and installation; mainline, lateral, and pump station installation; provides supervision and direction to assigned crews; instructs crews in assigned tasks for the day i.e. irrigation installation, staking/flagging, operating and maintenance of equipment; keeps track of inventory and materials required to keep records and or draw as-builts. Three to five years golf course irrigation experience required; irrigation technician certification strongly desired.

Golf Course Shapers

Operates several types of hydraulically operated construction equipment, such as tractors, scrapers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers to move and grade land materials; operates equipment safely with precision and efficiently to meet plan specifications;  works in cooperation with fellow workers to complete job assignments to specifications; takes direction from Project Superintendent, minimum five years’ experience as a golf course shaper.
