Shanqin Bay Golf Club in China represents a landmark project where Landscapes Unlimited served as program manager, construction and irrigation contractor, and later club operator. From concept through completion, the team worked with local craftsmen and materials to create a course and clubhouse that reflect the region’s cultural character while integrating seamlessly with the natural landscape. The project also introduced one of China’s first golf course irrigation systems utilizing HDPE pipe and single head control, helping maintain premium course conditions year round. In collaboration with Landscapes Golf Management, the club’s operational model blended North American private club standards with Chinese club traditions, creating an exclusive experience for elite clientele.
