The Vail Golf Club irrigation replacement project in Vail, Colorado, completed by Landscapes Unlimited, focused on modernizing the course’s irrigation system to improve efficiency, water conservation, and overall playability. The scope included installation of a Rain Bird decoder system for precise, individual sprinkler control, along with approximately 1,900 strategically placed sprinklers to ensure consistent coverage across the course. Supporting infrastructure included over 118,000 linear feet of HDPE mainline and lateral piping, as well as integration of a Flowtronex pump station to optimize water pressure, flow, and energy efficiency. This comprehensive upgrade enhanced turf quality, improved system performance, and reinforced the club’s commitment to sustainability and high-level course conditions.
