North Ranch Country Club

North Ranch Country Club was a comprehensive renovation of the 9-hole Oaks Course and 9-hole Valley Course, introducing tee-to-green layout enhancements designed to create strategic challenges for golfers of all skill levels. The project included new greens ranging from approximately 3,400 to more than 11,000 square feet, constructed with sand-soil mixtures to optimize moisture management and drainage. Improvements also featured installation of a state-of-the-art irrigation system, new bunkering with a bunker-lining system to prevent washouts and soil contamination, and full regrassing of tees, fairways, and roughs with TifTuf Bermuda grass.
