Golf course developer and construction company Landscapes Unlimited has begun Phase II of golf course renovations at the private Cullasaja Club in Highlands, N.C., equidistant from Asheville, N.C. and Greenville, S.C.
In collaboration with golf course architect Bill Bergin, Phase II has Landscapes Unlimited re-constructing 19 bunkers, three greens and 10 tees boxes. The company refashioned several bunkers, and re-build three greens and 21 tee boxes, during Phase I.
The original Arnold Palmer-designed, mountainous championship golf course anchors the Cullasaja Club community. It boasts golf corridors carved into the stunning natural landscape, dotted with 100-year-old specimen trees and streams that create universally enjoyable experiences for advanced players and beginners alike. At 6,900 yards, undulating greens, white sand bunkers, hardwood-lined fairways and multiple tees to provide golfers with bark, benevolence and beauty.
