As Program Manager, LU acts as the primary interface between the owner and the numerous project participants, design consultants, and contractors through all phases. LU handles communication and coordination between permitting entities, regulatory authorities, golf course architects, building architecture, landscape architects, irrigation designers, civil engineers, surveyors, building contractors, utility providers, site contractors, and more. The importance of collaboration cannot be overstated.
